Nyoni has over 18 years’ experience in the security industry. He worked for more than 6 years in the Correctional Services and saved in various offices which include Stores & Rations, Quartermaster, Procurement and Goods Receipting.
Nyoni joined Super Cops in 2008 and his military background allowed him to save effortlessly as a Security Officer, Training Instructor, Control Room Operator as well as a Supervisor.
He has risen through the ranks, starting as a Security Officer and ending up as an Operations & Human Resources Manager.
He has got many other responsibilities, hence he’s dubbed the Chief Staff Officer. Nyoni is the glue which sticks all the crucial departments which makes the company, such as Technical, Sales, Armed Response, Control Room, Administration and Guarding.
Nyoni is a hardworking and self-motivated person and believes that as Robin Sharma said, ‘Leadership is not about a title or designation. It’s about impact, influence and inspiration.
