Jaco is the Super Cops’ Operations Manager. He started working in the Security Industry in 2001 as a Security Officer in KwaZulu-Natal province.
He acquired qualifications to better himself and was promoted to Shift Supervisor.
Through experience and better grades, he was also promoted to the position of a Shift Manager.
In 2010, Jaco relocated to Gauteng province and joined a renowned security company as a Reaction Officer.
He was promoted to an Armed Reaction Supervisor position and saved until August 2015. In September 2016, Jaco joined Super Cops as an Operations Manager with much focus on the Guarding Division.
Jaco believes that as Eraldo Banovac said, “Motivating employees to work at their full potential is the main premise of successful management.”
